We have received many phone calls and emails lately from people wanting to know "is this the bottom [of the market] yet?" Without having a crystal ball to forsee the future, what I can tell you is this: Interest rates are below 5%, home prices are much lower than 3 years ago, builders are building, sellers are selling and buyers are purchasing homes. There are some smokin' deals out there. Will there be better deals in 6 months? Maybe. Will prices and interest rates be as low 18 months from now as they are today? Probably not. If purchasing a home is a pleasant thought, please call today. I look forward to hearing from you.
